The fundamental foundations covered in this course are aimed at both novice and tenured F&I professionals. This live, 3 day course, illustrates the importance of the F&I Introduction, Personality Triggers, Menu Methodology, Objection Handling and Compliance Awareness. Each attendee will engage in video role-play and other drills to perfect timing and execution. This is NOT a seminar. It is a hands-on development certification course. Each attendee will have the knowledge, skill, and ability to attain their individual implementation commitments. (Virtual Coaching and On-Demand Modules are included).

This course is specifically aimed at GMs, GSMs, Service Managers, and Sales Managers to increase the customer experience, while generating higher profits per unit sold. We discuss how to install a higher revenue generating process built around the modern consumer. If the vehicles we sell are the commodity, the difference must be in the customer experience.

In simple terms, we lead the group learning by exploring each other’s real-world experience. Key Performance Identifiers (KPIs) are collected to compare the attendee’s strengths and gaps. The moderated agenda is formed in advance by pairing the highs and lows of the group. In true “20 Club” style, we analyze the tactical differences between the high and low performance KPIs. Each attendee makes specific implementation commitments to increase sales.
